Q: What does a store credit mean?
A: A store credit is the amout of an unavailable product/s put into your store account at the time of your order being dispatched. A note is usually written on your invoice if an item is unavailable. The funds can be viewed by logging into your store account and on the right hand side panel under store credits the amount will appear.
Q: How can I redeem my store credit?
A: Store credits can easily be redeemed when a new order is placed. The funds will appear just before you proceed to payment which can be used towards the total amount of the order.
Q: I do not want a store credit, how can I receive a refund for the amount?
A: Store credits are only issued at the dispatch stage of your order as this is the most efficient way to get your order delivered to you faster. Customers are always welcome to the amount refunded. Just click here and enter your order number and email address and the store credits under your account will be refunded within 24 business hours- no questions asked!

A: We can generally supply as many units needed for any item in store. Simply email us at email@example.com or call us on 02 9647 2968 with the product and quantity required and we can order this in right away.

A: We deliver throughout Australia & New Zealand.International orders will be offered very soon!
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We offer free shipping for orders over $195 excluding WA, NT, and some selected rural and country areas.
Sydney is a flat rate of $7.95 and free shipping over $99.
Q: Do you sell any Genetically Modified (GMO) products in your store?
A: No way! We are proud to have a 'No GMO Policy' where we carefully research products to ensure there is no GMO ingredients before they are allowed to be sold at Organics on a Budget. That way, our customers can shop with peace of mind that anything they buy from our store has no GMO ingredients what so ever.
Q: How can I know that the product ingredients are up to date?
A: Companies are ever changing their formulas, packaging and wording of products and when with over 3,000 products it's pretty hard to keep up with! Although we make changes immedietly to the website as soon as we come across a change, we cannot guarantee everything is up to date and accurate.
