In addition to its amazing flavour, Coconut Cashew Cream is an excellent source of copper, phosphorous and lauric acid. Our really raw cashews are hand shelled by the growers in Flores, and are not steamed out of their shell like other 'raw' cashews. Due to the fact that they are cold processed they have a completely different flavour from other "raw" cashews, they are so sweet and creamy.
