Pepe Saya Ghee is a clarified butter made from unsalted cultured butter that has been fermenting for 4 weeks. Ghee is classified as milk oil, made by gently heating butter and removing the milk solids.
Pepe Saya cultured butter is served in Qantas First Class.

Best Grass Fed Ghee
Pepe Saya Ghee has the most amazing flavour, it is the best I have ever tasted. It is great that it is now offered in the larger size making it more economical to purchase.
