Our Quinoa Soba Noodles are made from a mix of buckwheat and whole wheat flour with quinoa, a high protein grain originating from the Inca's in South America. Buckwheat is rich in protein, minerals and bioflavonoids, and can help strengthen capillaries. It is also good for the digestion. Buckwheat contains as much vitamin B1 as brown rice and nearly twice the levels of B1 found in wheat. The Japanese believe soba noodles can prevent fat being stored by the liver.
