INGREDIENTS BREAKDOWN...

Organic Rice Malt

Rice malt syrup is made by a slow, natural enzymatic process, as the whole grains are partially broken down to yield a thick, rich, sweet liquid. Rice malt syrup contains about 30 percent soluble complex carbohydrates, 45 percent maltose (grain malt sugar), 3-4 percent glucose, and 20 percent water. The glucose is absorbed into the blood almost immediately. The maltose takes up to one and a half hours to digest, and the complex carbohydrates are gradually digested and released for up to four hours. Unlike other concentrated sweeteners, which are high in simple sugars, rice malt syrup provides a slow but prolonged source of energy that is calming and soothing. Another advantage of rice or brown rice malt syrup is that it has many of the B vitamins and minerals that are found in rice and sprouted barley.

Dark Chocolate Cacao

Cacao contains the highest concentration of antioxidants of any food in the world. Cacao is also extremely rich in minerals. Cacao is the number one source of magnesium , which is very important for building strong bones. Cacao also contains 314% of the RDA of Iron, Iron is a critical mineral in Nutrition. It also has lots of other minerals, like zinc - which plays a critical role in the immune system, chromium - an important mineral that helps balance blood sugar, Managanese , Copper as well as plenty of vitamins, A, B1, B2, B3, C, E, pantothenic acid. and beta-carotene too. And lastly it also contains the following, Omega 6 Fatty acids, Phenylethylamine, Serotonin, Fibre and Tryptophan

Organic Coconut

Coconuts are both an energy food and a protective food. Coconuts have a fair amount of vitamin C, Vitamin B1(thiamin), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), and niacin are found in coconut. The Vitamin B and Niacin help the body to convert carbohydrates into energy and heat. Vitamin B2 is necessary for normal growth and healthy eyes. Also found in coconuts are minerals such as iron, which makes blood strong.

Sultanas

When ingested, Sultanas swell as the fibre present in them in dried form absorbs water. This helps giving relief in constipation. They are good source of potassium and magnesium, contain considerable amount of iron, It also contains many members of vitamin-B complex which are essential for the formation of blood. Copper in them also help formation of red blood cells, is one of the best sources of Boron, a micro nutrient (a nutrient required by the body in very small amount as compared to other nutrients) which is very necessary for proper bone formation and absorption of calcium,.
