IDF#1 is used as part of our 2 WEEK Intestinal Detox Program, to help you effectively cleanse by opening the body's largest eliminating organ, getting maximum waste out.

The colon serves as a drain pipe for waste produced as a result of metabolic functions within the body, as well as toxic substances absorbed through our lungs and skin. IDF#1 in conjunction with IDF#2, are designed to deep clean and remove impaction.

Serving Suggestion:

Have 1 capsule (500mg) of Eden Healthfoods IDF#1, whole or sprinkled on your food, and increase by 1 capsule everyday until desired effective is attained. A desired effect should be 2-4 movements of toothpaste-like consistency, not too runny, not too hard.

You may open capsules if you wish to reduce the serving size or give to children. Serving size for children is by weight. If the child is half the average adult weight (70kg), give half the serving size.
