Ingredients:

This floral wellness blend contains organically grown lemon myrtle, organic red rose petals, organic lemongrass, organic pink rose petals, and organically grown native lemongrass.
Lemon Myrtle is harvested by small farmers in Northern New South Wales. Native Lemongrass is wild-harvested by the Nyul Nyul community in the Dampier Peninsula (WA) and South Australia.

Directions for Use:

Tea Bags: Pour 250ml of freshly boiled water over the teabag. Steep for 6–8 minutes. Enjoy hot or serve chilled for a refreshing iced tea.
Loose Leaf: Add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water in a teapot or infuser. Steep for 10–15 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold.
