Ingredients

Each tablet contains:

• Tyrosine 500mg
• Potassium iodide, equivalent to iodine 145 micrograms
• Selenomethionine, equivalent to selenium 75 micrograms
• Zinc amino acid chelate, equivalent to zinc 12.5mg
• Vitamin C 20mg
• Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root extract 125mg, derived from dry root 1.5g

Directions for Use

Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily with food, or as directed by your health professional.

Warnings

• If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

• Contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily adult dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

• Not recommended in overactive thyroid.

• Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

• Contains soya bean products.
