📦 Change of Mind Returns
Domestic & International Orders
Returns for change of mind are accepted if:
- The item is unopened and in its original packaging.
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.
Refund Method: Store credit only. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a store credit will be issued.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return postage. For international orders, buyers must also cover any duties or taxes incurred on the return.

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Goods
In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a replacement or refund for faulty products.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
Complimentary Transit Cover is included on all orders.
If your order was damaged or lost during shipping:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery (for damage claims)
- Provide clear photo evidence of the damaged item and outer packaging
For lost parcels, notify us if your parcel has not arrived within:
- 7 business days (domestic)
- 14 business days (international)
Claims must be lodged within 30 business days of dispatch.
Once a courier investigation is completed and the claim is approved, we will issue either a replacement or refund.
Transit Cover Exclusions
Transit Cover does not apply to:
- Bread and short shelf-life products affected by transit time
- Melted or heat-affected products (e.g. chocolate or temperature-sensitive goods)
- Fragile or delicate items such as biscuits where minor breakage occurs but items remain safe to consume
- Parcels marked as delivered where proof of delivery is supplied
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Delays caused by customs, duties, taxes, or government inspections
Incorrect Items Received
If you received the wrong item, we will cover return shipping costs and send the correct item at no extra charge.
Bread & Short Shelf-Life Items
Bread and other short shelf-life items are available for domestic delivery at the customer’s own risk. We recommend choosing Express Post to help ensure freshness. Due to the nature of these products, refunds will not be issued for spoilage such as mould if delays occur in transit.

🔄 Return Conditions
- All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unopened and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, except in cases where we sent the wrong item.
- International returns: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties or taxes incurred.
- Items damaged due to improper return packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations
To request an order change or cancellation, please contact us immediately.
Cancellation Policy
- If your order has not yet been processed, cancellation may be possible but is subject to a $10 handling fee.
- Cancellations are eligible for store credit only; refunds are not available.
- If more than 1 hour has passed since placing the order, cancellations may no longer be possible.
