Each two-capsule daily dose contains:

• Crocus sativus (affron® Saffron) stigma extract dry concentrate 28mg, derived from dry stigma 84mg
• Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root extract dry concentrate 300mg, derived from dry root 6g
• Rhodiola rosea root extract dry concentrate 150mg, derived from dry root 1.2g
• Schisandra chinensis fruit extract dry concentrate 160mg, derived from dry fruit 4g
• Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi) fruiting body extract dry concentrate 150mg, equivalent to 3g dry material
• Thiamine hydrochloride 50.8mg, equivalent to vitamin B1 40mg
• Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 20mg
• Nicotinamide (vitamin B3) 100mg
• Calcium pantothenate 109.98mg, equivalent to pantothenic acid 100mg
• Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate 15.9mg, equivalent to pyridoxine 10mg
• Calcium folinate 440 micrograms, equivalent to folinic acid 400 micrograms
• Mecobalamin (vitamin B12) 200 micrograms

Directions for Use

Take 2 capsules daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Best taken in the morning or early afternoon, preferably after a meal. Ora Health recommends daily use for at least 4–6 weeks for the full intended support.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place at approximately 25°C away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required.
