Directions for Use

Whisk or shake 5g, approximately 1 heaped metric teaspoon, with 200ml of your favourite plant-based milk. Ideally take in the morning or afternoon. Ora Health recommends daily use for at least 4–6 weeks for the full intended benefit.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place at approximately 25°C away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not recommended as repeated opening may introduce moisture. Use within 3 months of opening.
