Ingredients

Each 5g daily dose contains:

• Magnesium amino acid chelate (bisglycinate) 500mg, equivalent to magnesium 50mg
• Magnesium citrate 1.45g, equivalent to magnesium 225mg
• Magnesium glycerophosphate 333.33mg, equivalent to magnesium 35mg and phosphorus 42.67mg
• Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) leaf extract dry concentrate 375mg, derived from dry leaf 1.5g
• Withania somnifera (KSM-66® organic Ashwagandha) root extract dry concentrate 240mg, derived from dry root 3g
• Cordyceps sinensis (Cordyceps mushroom) fruiting body extract dry concentrate 500mg, derived from dry fruiting body 2g

Directions for Use

Mix 5g, approximately 1 heaped metric teaspoon, into 250ml of water and consume immediately. Take once daily, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place at approximately 25°C away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required. Use within 3 months of opening.
