Ingredients

Each 5.5g daily dose contains:

• Magnesium glycinate 2.19g, equivalent to magnesium 250mg
• Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) leaf extract dry concentrate 375mg, derived from dry leaf 1.5g
• Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) flowering herb extract dry concentrate 100mg, derived from dry flowering herb 2g
• Matricaria chamomilla (Blue chamomile) flower extract dry concentrate 187.5mg, derived from dry flower 1.5g
• Ziziphus jujuba (Ziziphus) seed extract dry concentrate 333.33mg, derived from dry seed 10g
• Schisandra chinensis (Schisandra) fruit extract dry concentrate 80mg, derived from dry fruit 2g

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place at approximately 25°C away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required. Use within 3 months of opening.

Directions for Use

Mix 5.5g, approximately 1 heaped teaspoon, into filtered or sparkling water 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
