Directions for Use

Children (6–12 years): Take 2 tablets daily, preferably before a meal.

Adults and Children (13 years and older): Take 3 tablets daily, preferably before a meal.

For best results: Take on an empty stomach, around 30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals, to maximise iron absorption.

Storage Instructions

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place.
Do not use if the blister seal is broken.
