Directions for Use

Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily with food, or as directed by your health professional.

Warnings

• Contains vitamin B6. Stop taking this product and seek healthcare advice if you experience tingling, burning or numbness.

• Contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily adult dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

• Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
