Use Martin and Pleasance Cough & Cold Liquid to relieve cold symptoms, including coughs, sore throat and mild fever. It blends four herbs - Echinacea, sore throat fighters Liquorice and Japanese honeysuckle and natural expectorant ivy leaf.

Shake the bottle well before each use. Mix with water, milk or yogurt if preferred.

Dosage

2-4 years: 1-2.5ml; 2-3 times a day

5-12 years: 2.5-5ml; 2-3 times a day

12+ years: 5-10ml; 2-3 times a day
