Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil Spray 237ml is a concentrated topical magnesium chloride solution sourced from the ancient Zechstein seabed. Despite the name “magnesium oil”, it is a water-based magnesium chloride solution rather than an oil, giving it a lightweight spray format that can be quickly applied to selected areas of the body.

Each 1ml, equivalent to approximately six sprays, provides 100mg of elemental magnesium. The unscented formula absorbs without a greasy residue and can be massaged into areas such as the arms, legs or torso as part of an everyday body-care routine.
