Dosage:
- Adults: 1 metric teaspoon dissolved in a glass of water or juice, once or twice daily.
- Children over 5: 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon dissolved in a glass of water or juice, once or twice daily.
Ingredients:
L-glutamine 1 gram per gram. No other ingredients. Each 5 mL metric teaspoon provides 5000 mg (5 grams) of pure L-glutamine.
