Does it soften hard water?
Yes, the filter helps reduce the hardness effects of tap water (like scale and dryness) and balances pH.
How often do I replace the cartridge?
Every 3–6 months, or after ~13,000 litres. Replace sooner if flow slows or chlorine odour returns.
Can I take it travelling?
Yes — its compact design makes it perfect for holidays. Many customers take it to SE Asia (contaminants) or Europe (hard water). It installs easily in hotels and rentals.
Will it lower my water pressure?
