Ingredients:

This soothing sleep blend contains organic lemon myrtle, wild-crafted Jilungin, organic aniseed myrtle, organic native lemongrass, organic strawberry gum, organic chamomile, organic lavender, organic passionflower, and organic dandelion leaf.
Jilungin and native lemongrass are wild-harvested by the Nyul Nyul community in WA. Lemon myrtle, aniseed myrtle, and strawberry gum are harvested by small farmers in Northern NSW and Denmark, WA.

Directions for Use:

Tea Bags: Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag and steep for 6–8 minutes. Enjoy before bedtime.
Loose Leaf: Add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water in a teapot or infuser. Steep for 10–15 minutes. Best consumed in the evening to support restful sleep.

Storage Instructions:

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal after use to retain freshness.
