Ingredients:

This sleep-supporting blend includes wild-crafted Jilungin, organic lemon myrtle, organic hibiscus, spearmint, freeze-dried strawberry, blue mallow flower, lemon balm, organically grown aniseed myrtle, organically grown native lemongrass, organically grown strawberry gum leaf, organic passionflower, natural strawberry flavour, and natural raspberry flavour.
Jilungin and native lemongrass are wild-harvested by the Nyul Nyul community in Western Australia. Other botanicals are harvested by small farmers across Northern New South Wales and Denmark, WA.

Directions for Use:

Tea Bags: Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag. Steep for 6–8 minutes. Best enjoyed before bedtime.
Loose Leaf: Add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water in a teapot or infuser. Steep for 10–15 minutes. Drink hot or warm before sleep.

Storage Instructions:

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal to preserve freshness and aroma.
