Unlike Epsom salts, which are magnesium sulphate, Ancient Minerals Bath Flakes are made with magnesium chloride. The crystals dissolve into bathwater for an immersive mineral-bathing experience that can be used as part of an evening wind-down, after activity or whenever a warm mineral soak is preferred.
