Carwari Organic Miso Paste Red has a rich flavour and a deeper taste. It is made by traditional and natural fermentation method, which produces unpasteurized fresh live miso. Live miso contains active enzymes that aids digestion, as well as it helps to tenderise meat or fish and brings out nice "Umami" flavour. During its longer fermentation process, more Melanoidin is produced in Red Miso, which provides more Antioxidant.
