Ingredients:

Each capsule of Hab Shifa Immune Q includes: 

• 100 mg powdered Nigella sativa seed
• 50 mg of Zinc amino acid chelate (Equivalent zinc 10 mg). 
• 500 mg of Vitamin C.

Directions:

Adults and Children from 12 years of age: 2 tablets per day

Children 3 to 12 years of age: 1 tablet per day.
