NTS Health Probiotic Digest-Ease 150g is a dried fermented superfood powder made using NTS Health's slow-drying process to preserve the microorganisms, enzymes and other compounds created during fermentation. It combines fermented organic cereal grains, legumes and cereal grasses with Lactobacillus bacteria and symbiotic yeasts.
The powder can be mixed into water or juice, sprinkled over cereal or incorporated into baking. NTS recommends 1–2 teaspoons per day for general use, while four heaped teaspoons can be blended with water and fruit according to the manufacturer's meal-replacement suggestion.
